Manufacturing Engineer - South of Tupelo, MS

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to drive lasting improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity while working in a collaborative team environment. You’ll play a key part in process development, tooling, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact plant performance. The successful candidate will thrive in a small town environment.

• Lead process improvements and Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, waste reduction)
• Drive project launches
  , capital planning, tooling, and equipment industrialization
• Gain exposure to APQP, PPAP, ISO/TS16949 standards and customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process design, automation, and quality initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role
• Experience with injection molding and robotics (Fanuc required)
• Project management and SAP workflow experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD
• Automotive industry background preferred
• Experience with product launches and tooling development a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, ISO/TS16949 standards
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

• Full-time, onsite role
