School Support Therapist; Parkway Elementary School

The School Support Therapist is responsible for providing conscientious services and aid to LIFECORE Health Group’s consumers with behavioral, mental, emotional, or physical emotional problems.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and/or day treatment in a school setting.
• Consult with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to determine causes of problems and effect solutions.
• Arrange for medical, psychiatric, and other assessment and evaluative measures that may disclose causes of difficulties and indicate remedial outcomes.
• Administer various assessments/inventories toward positive outcomes in treatment.
• Provide all required documentation pertinent to provision of services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
• Certification or Licensure by the Department of Mental Health or State Licensure Board
