Release Engineer

Savills is looking for a $66,000 - $100,000 Release Engineer to join our Tupelo, MS office and accelerate our product roadmap. Lay it bare: part-time Release Engineer, $66,000 - $100,000, 5 years of Laravel, and a seat where Savills decisions get shaped.

• Land Microsoft Azure performance wins Savills can measure in MS retention numbers
• Build Node.js dashboards so Savills's technology team stops asking engineers for numbers
• Ship the Agile builder-led rewrite that pays down years of Savills technical debt
• Lead Jenkins design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Tupelo, MS builds them
• Question the impact-driven Written Communication pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner
• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver part-time projects

• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• Practical command of Laravel, with bonus points for Microsoft Azure
• Working knowledge of Self-Motivation alongside transferable Prioritization chops
• Fluency in Agile earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
• Fluency across Type Script and Laravel, with strong opinions on both

Founded by engineers who believe small teams ship great software, Savills now serves customers across the country from its Tupelo, MS office. Feedback flows in every direction at Savills, from the newest hire to the people signing the $66,000 - $100,000 checks.
