General Manager Logistics

Burns Logistics is the rapidly scaling division of Burns Dirt Construction, a third-generation heavy civil construction firm. Officially established as its own division in 2024.

Burns Logistics is seeking an experienced and decisive Logistics General Manager to take full ownership of operations and execute a strategic plan to significantly scale and diversify the business.

This is a role for a proven operator, not just a fleet manager, who can serve as a "Culture Quarterback" to elevate the team, instill operational discipline, and drive profitable growth.

• An industry veteran with 5+ years of management and 5+ years in logistics/trucking.
• Strong Operator who thinks in systems, processes, and capacity—not just dispatching.
