Our Managers go beyond the call of duty. You are involved in store operations, restaurant and tire care operations, and you will ensure our teams focus on the customer in everything we do. Your leadership helps drive customer satisfaction and team performance.

• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution and ensure teams are well trained and delivering world-class service.
• Oversee store, restaurant, and tire care operations; respond to customer feedback and adjust operations accordingly.
• Lead and develop a team, focusing on customer experience and performance.

• Can work flexible shifts—including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
• 2+ years’ experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million+.
• 2+ years’ experience interpreting budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising and training 5–10 employees.
• Valid Driver License.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
