Immediate Hiring! Join our team as a Production Associate at Goodyear’s Tupelo, MS plant where you’ll contribute to the manufacturing of innovative tire products.

As a Production Associate, you will operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor supporting the production of tires and tire components. This role ensures product quality and efficient line flow in a fast‑paced, heavy‑industrial environment.

12‑hour shifts, rotating every 2 weeks on a 2‑2‑3 schedule:

• Week 1:
  Monday & Tuesday – work;
  Wednesday & Thursday – off;
  Friday–Sunday – work
• Week 2:
  Monday & Tuesday – off;
  Wednesday & Thursday – work;
  Friday–Sunday – off

• Safety is paramount; safety wear (hearing & eye protection, protective clothing, steel‑toed shoes) required.
• Fast‑paced, heavy‑industrial plant; may work in various factory areas.
• Environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.

• Lifting and carrying products weighing 50–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Walking, standing, stooping, crawling, and crouching around conveyors and equipment.
• Operating and monitoring equipment/lines, removing or shifting materials as needed for proper flow.
• Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring product quality and expediting line repairs with maintenance.
• Cleaning equipment and area during and after your shift.
• Keeping daily records of downtime and machine operations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without future sponsorship.
• Must be physically able to lift heavy materials and work at heights as required.

Starting base pay $19.00/hr, with potential to earn up to $24.19/hr.
