Thepositionisresponsibleforoptimizingproductionflow,resource utilization,product quality,andworkforceperformancewhilemaintainingasafeandefficientoperation.

• Directfoammanufacturingoperationstoachieveproduction,quality,andservicetargets.
• Manageproductionschedules,staffing,workflow,andcross-shift coordination.
• Developnewprocessesandimproveproductqualitythroughcollaborationwithcustomers,suppliers,andinternalteams.
• Maintainhighstandardsoforganization,cleanliness,and5

• Promoteastrongsafetyculturethroughtraining,audits,andincidentprevention.
• Lead Lean Manufacturingandcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoimproveefficiency ,product quality,and throughput.
• Partner with Quality and Maintenanceteamstoresolveissuesanddriveprocessimprovements .

• Workcloselywith Planning,HR,Engineering,Maintenance,Quality,Supply Chain,andsupplierstoachieveoperationalobjectivesandimprovefoamproductionperformance.

• Associate'sdegreeorequivalentexperience.
• 5+yearsofmanufacturingleadershipexperience,preferablyinfoamproductionorarelatedenvironment.
• Supervisoryexperiencewithdirectreports.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ,process improvement,capacity planning,andresourcemanagement.
• Strong leadership,communication,analytical,and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Officeproficiencyandwillingnesstoworkflexiblehours.

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Engineering,Operations,orrelatedfield.
• 7+yearsoffoammanufacturing,chemical processing,orrelatedindustryexperience.
• ExperiencewithERPsystems,budgeting,OSHA compliance,project management,andadvancedmanufacturingtechnologies.

Manufacturingenvironmentwithexposuretonoise,temperaturefluctuations,materialhandlingequipment,andpolyurethaneproductionprocesses.

Requiresextendedstanding/walkinganduseofPPE,includingsafetyglasses,steel-toedboots,respirators,andprotectiveclothing.
