The mission of United Way of Northeast Mississippi is to create opportunities to improve lives in the communities we serve. • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain community partnerships
• Proficiency in general administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and organization
• Public speaking skills and the ability to effectively represent the organization
• Passion for community service and commitment to the mission of United Way
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office; familiarity with donor management or non-profit software is a plus
