Position located in Tupelo, MS.

• Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling and participate in orientation and in‑service education training.
• Participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
• Assist with care planning, continuous quality improvement and ensure proper infection control techniques are utilized.

• RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing and at least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to coordinate with other departments, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred.
