The Assistant Manager addresses patrons' needs, oversees all theatre operations, leads team members to provide an excellent experience for our patrons, and administers all company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Provides excellent customer service and remains attentive to patrons' needs.
- Manages daily activities of the theatre and staff to ensure an excellent experience for our patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report or resolve any operational issues.
- Support with inventory, ordering, and stocking.
- Conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.
- Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day duties of staff.
- Assist patrons with questions or complaints.
- May hire and train new staff or assist the General Manager with those duties.
- Performs other related duties as required.
