• We have multiple levels of leadership starting from a Leader In Training and advancing to an Assistant Manager or Management Trainee.
• We hire our Store, Area and District Managers from within; the Management Training Program is your path to becoming a Store Manager.
• A sales leader will enjoy working directly with the Guest recommending, selecting and locating merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Leaders will support store management with recruiting, training and development.
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store including visual merchandising, sales demonstration and coaching, and sales floor coverage.

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.

• Operations Managers:
  • Managing promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately.
  • Complete pulls and markdowns.
  • Help with the hiring and onboarding process.
• Freight Coordinators:
  • Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct.
  • Send orders to Guests via Fed Ex.
  • Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Store Support:
  • Complete Guest Transactions by operating the Point of Sales.
  • Assist operations manager as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and shop‑able store.

• Partner with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts.
• Create design flow of the merchandise including product rotation and markdown placement.
• Educate the reasons driving visual strategies to Buckle leadership.

• Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations.
• This position typically works 2–5 hours per week.
