Electrical technician

Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Pay Range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person (Tupelo, MS 38801)

TKO Staff Pros is seeking skilled and motivated Journeyman Electricians to join our team. We are looking for professionals with a solid background in electrical systems, particularly within industrial and commercial environments. Candidates should have hands‑on experience performing installations, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.
• Perform low‑voltage and high‑voltage installations in accordance with NEC regulations.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment, including ohmmeters.
• Accurately bend and install conduit.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, maintaining compliance with company and NEC safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial or commercial electrician.
• Proficient in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Skilled in conduit bending and the use of standard electrical tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to commute to Tupelo, MS 38801
