Job Title: Maintenance I – Crane Operator
Location: Verona, MS
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)
Pay Rate: $21.33 per hour
Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance I – Crane Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in Verona, MS. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of an overhead crane in support of production and maintenance activities. The role requires the ability to work at elevated heights and strict adherence to all safety standards and procedures.

• Safely operate an overhead crane to support production and maintenance operations

• Access the crane cab by climbing a ladder and operate equipment from an elevated position

• Perform routine inspections of crane equipment and report mechanical or safety issues

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures at all times

• Assist the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Previous crane operating experience is required

• Must be comfortable climbing ladders to access the crane cab

• Must successfully pass a physical evaluation, including climbing down an emergency rope ladder

• Ability to work at heights for extended periods

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule
