In this role, your focus will be entirely on high-volume data entry and structured bookkeeping tasks. A few examples of your daily task Register asset invoices following standardized guidelines
Perform routine asset book reconciliations
Execute manual data entry tasks and back-office activities to support the broader finance team Follow established procedures under the supervision of the team, ensuring data accuracy without the need for independent analysis or financial closings
Who are we looking Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles, with familiarity in accounts payable and fixed assets management
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong precision, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain focus on repetitive xdwybme tasks
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent goal-oriented approach and reliability
Down to earth and comfortable following clear, predefined guidelines
