Role Overview
We are looking for an Italian
-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience , requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools
Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients
Assist clients via phone, email, or chat
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Schedule
Initial schedule (12-hour window):
Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
Shifts:
07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
2 rotational days off
Requirements
Fluent Italian and English
Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in Digital Marketing
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
