Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs fully covered by the company.
