Spectrum Architecture is seeking a talented and motivated  Architect  to contribute to architectural design and support the delivery of building projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers to create high-quality, functional, and aesthetically exceptional architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to architectural design and development of building projects.
Assist in project documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Support project management activities including timelines, budgets, and coordination.
Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and best practices.

Required Competencies

Architectural

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in architectural projects.

Collaboration:

Strong ability to work within a team and coordinate with consultants and clients.
Project Support:

Experience with architectural documentation, drawing sets, and project workflows.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Office, and similar tools.
Communication

Skills:

Clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
Creative Thinking:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design.
