Supplier Quality Engineer - Automotive field

MISSION :

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a   Supplier Quality Engineer   to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge ?

ACTIVITY :

Responsible for PFMEA : participate in prototyping and production flow improvement, in design validation and product validation testing
Participation in the definition of Quality targets
Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier quality issues
Responsible for PPAP validation
Responsible for writing the inspection report, QCQ

PROFILE :

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

REQUIREMENTS :

Good knowledge of DFMEA / PFMEA methodology
Automotive background
Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, ANPQP, SQA validation
English and Italian are  mandatory
