Program Manager M/F (H/F) – MICROTECNICA SRL (ITALIE)
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent cross‑functional leadership skills, and proven experience driving projects from concept through production while ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end program management for development, production, and integration projects.
Define program scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with technical requirements and customer expectations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to guide design reviews, technical trade‑offs, and issue resolution.
Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for product and system issues.
Act as primary programme interface with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership.
Provide clear communication on programme status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Manage customer requirements, change requests, and technical discussions.
Identify programme risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., aerospace, defence, industrial hydraulics).
Oversee test planning, qualification, and validation activities.
Develop and manage programme budgets, cost forecasts, and resource plans.
Prepare business cases and support proposals for new programmes.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of programme or project management experience.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering programmes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Strong understanding of electro‑hydraulic servo valve design, operation, and testing (preferred).
Master’s degree or technical specialization in hydraulics or control systems (preferred).
Experience in aerospace, defence, energy, or industrial automation sectors (preferred).
Knowledge of standards such as AS9100, MIL‑STD testing, or similar.
PMP or similar project‑management certification (preferred).
