We are looking for a Junior Core Quality Engineer – Propulsion Systems

This is a great opportunity to grow your technical and problem‑solving skills in an international environment while working side‑by‑side with experienced engineers, liaising with global teams and cutting‑edge propulsion technologies

In this junior role, you will support the team in:
Ensuring the deployment of product  Quality standards  for engines under development and in production.
Contributing to  design‑related quality activities , from early development to end of production.
Supporting global teams in improving  propulsion systems processes  related to engines.
Assisting in  design assessments  and in tracking quality KPIs across regions and programs.
Helping analyze propulsion system interactions to drive  continuous quality improvement .
Participating in engineering analysis to support resolution of  field concerns .
Supporting issue management (ALTIS/PLM/GIMs) and follow‑up of corrective actions.
Collaborating with  Customer Experience  teams on warranty topics and emerging issues.
Reviewing engineering repair and service procedures with guidance from senior engineers.
Preparing materials for internal meetings and contributing to  project reporting .

Requirements
Master degree in  Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering .
Strong interest in propulsion systems, engines and product quality.
Basic knowledge of  quality tools  (problem solving, design reviews, continuous improvement).

Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex technical topics.
Ability to stay organized, work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Good knowledge of  English ; additional languages are a plus.
Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships).
Previous internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering.
