At OLON,  Health, Safety & Environment  are at the core of our strategy. Our continuous investment in sustainability and improvement drives the evolution of our HSE culture and teams.

We are currently looking for an HSE Manager  to join our Garessio plant, playing a key role in strengthening our HSE performance and culture.

Your main responsibilities:

Oversee HSE compliance for contractors during construction and startup phases
Manage and implement integrated HSE procedures, ensuring safe operations
Supervise environmental processes (wastewater treatment, emissions, waste management)
Support permits and environmental impact assessments
Drive HSE training programs and ensure regulatory compliance (Legislative Decree 81/08)
Partner with site leadership to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities and communities

Your profile:

At least 5 years’ experience in an HSE Manager role and RSPP qualification
Background in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field
Knowledge of Seveso regulation (D.Lgs. 105/15) and emergency management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid business acumen and ability to operate across functions
