Energy Engineer

Astradyne is an innovative and fast-growing startup at the forefront of renewable energy, founded and based in Bari, Italy. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of lightweight, foldable photovoltaic systems for both terrestrial and space applications.
We are seeking a proactive, curious, and passionate Energy Engineer to join our team and make a significant impact in the field of renewable energy. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow quickly, thrive in a collaborative setting, and embrace the challenges of disruptive energy technologies. As part of our engineering division, you will design, test, and optimize photovoltaic systems and components.

You’ll contribute directly to advancing our mission of delivering lightweight, high-performance solar solutions for earth and space.
Qualifications     Master’s degree in Energy Engineering or related fields, with a focus on photovoltaic technologies.
Knowledge of solar cell technology, energy storage systems, and power management principles.
Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English (oral and written).
