The candidate will support greenfield and brownfield projects, plant expansions, new product industrialization and transformation programs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop feasibility studies and preliminary engineering proposals for new industrial buildings, plant expansions, and refurbishment projects (with their utilities)
Define construction concepts, layouts, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate architectural, structural, civil and utilities engineering activities with internal stakeholders and external engineering firms.
Prepare technical tender documentation and support Purchasing during supplier selection and contract awarding.
Supervise construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Manage contractors and construction companies throughout project execution.
Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, permits, and certifications.
REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
10 years of experience in industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, utilities, EPC/construction management, or automotive/industrial environments.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial buildings, civil works, utility systems, fire protection, HVAC, energy efficiency, and site supervision.
Experience in CAPEX management, contractor coordination, tendering, technical specifications, and project execution.
Knowledge of Italian building regulations is mandatory;
European standards are a plus.
Fluent English and good digital skills, including AutoCAD and/or BIM tools.
Project management attitude, analytical thinking, and strong result orientation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment.
Teamwork, communication, proactivity, hands-on approach, and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel internationally, mainly within Europe (average 30%)
