Senior UX Designer - Arduino

Experteer Overview  In this role you will shape the UX of Arduino IoT developer platforms within Qualcomm, helping users navigate complex technical software and documentation. You will work within the Arduino UX team to simplify sophisticated workflows and improve cross-touchpoint experiences. You’ll balance hands‑on design, research, and testing to make advanced tools intuitive, contributing to a mission‑driven environment that democratizes technology.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Own and execute the design process for complex websites or products from discovery to high‑fidelity prototyping and production‑ready deliverables
Design scalable solutions and components that align with the Design System and Qualcomm design ecosystem
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, and translate findings into actionable insights
Collaborate with the Lead UX Designer to strengthen outcomes via feedback, knowledge sharing, and design critiques
Explore and apply AI interactions to address real user needs in technical contexts
Responsabilità   5+ years of professional UX or Product Design experience
Strong experience with technical products, B2B SaaS, or enterprise‑grade web platforms
Experience owning design work streams or features from concept to delivery

Experience with international projects and diverse user bases
Interest in technology and understanding of UX in complex technical contexts
A strong portfolio demonstrating simplifying technical problems into usable experiences
Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration
Fluent in English; effective communication in an English‑speaking environment
Education in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCD, or related fields
