We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of our IoT developer platforms. With 5+ years of experience, you will contribute to the design of complex workflows that support our developer ecosystem, with a focus on how users interact with technical software and documentation suites. This role balances hands-on design execution, user research and user testing activities, with the goal of making sophisticated software feel intuitive.

You will be part of the Arduino UX team, a group of talented designers dedicated to democratizing technology through design and elevating user experiences across multiple touchpoints.

** Preferred Qualifications
*** 5+ years of professional UX or Product Design experience.
* Strong experience working with technical products, B2B SaaS, or enterprise-grade web platforms or software.
* Experience owning design work streams or features from concept to delivery.
* Experience working on international projects with a diverse, distributed user base.
* Interest in technology and an understanding of how UX applies to complex technical contexts.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex or “technical” problems into clear, usable, and effective user experiences.
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback and iteration.
* Passion and enthusiasm for user experience and technology, with a curious and creative mindset.
* Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an English‐speaking work environment.
* Education in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCD, or other related fields.

*** Own and execute the design process for complex websites or products, from discovery and information architecture to high‐fidelity prototyping and production‐ready design deliverables.
* Design scalable solutions and components that align with and integrate into the Design System and the broader Qualcomm design ecosystem.
* Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research activities, including usability testing, and synthesize findings into clear insights that inform design decisions.
