HMI UX Specialist

Design Consulting is an engineering consulting company specialized in developing innovative solutions for the Automotive, Mobility, and Digital Experience sectors.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced  HMI UX Specialist  to support the design, development, and validation of innovative user experiences for automotive infotainment systems.

Key Responsibilities   Design HMI and UX interactions for automotive infotainment systems.
Develop innovative concepts, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Define, plan, and execute HMI validation and usability testing activities.
Collaborate closely with Design, Software Development, and Validation teams.
Analyze customer requirements and functional specifications.
Participate in technical workshops and coordinate activities with international stakeholders.
Support the development and continuous improvement of user-centered digital experiences.
Prepare technical documentation and present design solutions to project teams and customers.
Requirements   Proven experience in the Automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of UX Design and UX Research methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with Figma.

Experience with HMI prototyping tools such as Proto Pie or equivalent platforms.
Fluent Italian and English.
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have   Experience across the complete HMI development lifecycle.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, and Blender.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with automotive infotainment systems and user interface validation processes.
