Supporterà il management del cliente nella gestione di iniziative progettuali e servizi IT.
Attività previste:
Gestione della pianificazione e monitoraggio delle tempistiche
Gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori
Predisposizione di documentazione, presentazioni e status reporting per il Management
Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o gestionali
Esperienza di circa 3-4 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in ambito IT End User Services
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (minimo B2)
Familiarità nella gestione dei fornitori
Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative
Proattività e autonomia
Ottima conoscenza di MS Office e Service Now
Conoscenza del contesto IT
Costituisce un plus il possesso di certificazioni in ambito Project Management
