Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic IT initiatives to align business priorities with delivery across Wealth Management. You coordinate cross-functional teams, engage vendors, and support platform evolution, focusing on Institutional Management assets. You evaluate legacy systems for gaps and guide modernisation directions including Cloud and Microservices. You provide structured support to the IT Manager, monitor performance, and foster collaboration to improve operations and client servicing.

Act as IT Business Specialist for Institutional Mandates, support requirements analysis, platform evolution, and coordination of technology initiatives to align with operational and client servicing needs
Responsabilità   Proven experience in team management, functional analysis, and coordinating complex IT initiatives
Strong understanding of legacy systems (including AS400) and their integration with Cloud and Microservices
Ability to assess vendor proposals, delivery models, timelines, and budgets for strategic programs
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills translating technical and asset considerations into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Business, IT, and third-party providers
Good understanding of Institutional Management assets and related processes and technology implications
