We are looking for  a Digital & CRM Speciali  st to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing and customer engagement activities across the full funnel (from acquisition to retention
).The role combine s digital marketing, CRM, media performance, UX optimization and S  EO, with a strong focus o n data-driven decision maki  ng and continuous improvement of customer journey

1. Digital Marketing & Me
dia Support planning and execution  of digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Lead A

Collaborate with media agencies to optimi ze performance (CPL, conversion rate, R

Contribute  to media plan definition and campaign optimizat
ion Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvem

2. CRM & Customer Engage
ment Support execution  of CRM campaigns (DEM, SMS, push, automated journ
eys)
Define and implem ent segmentation and targeting strate

Analyze CRM performance and suggest optimization act

3. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimiz

Monitor and opti mize lead generation flows and landing

Work closely with sales/dealer network to imp rove lead quality and conversion

Your Qualifications, Skills & E

xperience
Bachelor’s  degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication
or similar2–5 years of expe rience in Digital Marketing, CRM or Performance
Marketing Expe rience in multichannel campaigns and marketing
automation

Automotive or complex industry experience
is a plus Knowledge of: CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CDP), digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc. and web analytics tools (GA4 o
r similar)
Understanding of: customer journeys & funnel logic, SEO/GEO basics, UX/UI
princip les Strong analytic  al mindset and attention
to detail

Ability to work cross-functionally (marketing, media, IT,
agencies)
Proactive approach and problem-solvin
g attitude

Good communicat
ion skills Fluent i  n En glish an  d Italian (at

least B2)

Our Offer
Salary range: from 43000 € to 52000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job
requirements
