Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, design functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-level CRM transformation projects within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service.
Perform gap analysis and recommend appropriate solution designs.
Prepare functional documentation including:
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service components, including:
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solution quality and technical feasibility.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar CRM functional consulting role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service .
Excellent documentation skills.
