EOS Solutions , one of Europe’s leading Microsoft partners specialized in Dynamics 365 Business Central , is expanding its global partner ecosystem — and we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our EOS Apps for Partners division.

What You’ll Do
Recruit new partners worldwide
Identify potential partners across Europe, North America, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East
Analyze local Microsoft BC ecosystems and map opportunities
Drive first contact & activation
Lead intro conversations and present our Microsoft‑certified EOS Apps
Understand partner needs and business models
Support & enable our partners
Deliver onboarding sessions, training, demos, and best practices
Help partners build their first opportunities
Collaborate with Microsoft
Work with Microsoft Partner Development Specialists globally
Join industry events and strengthen EOS brand visibility
Track performance & optimize
Manage your pipeline, KPIs, and continuously improve partner experience
