Position: Senior IT Technical Business Analyst – Sustainability Applications

Your missions
Gather and formalize technical requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable IT specifications and solution designs.
Lead system integration initiatives: design and document API-based and ETL/ELT integrations between sustainability platforms and core IT systems (ERP, data warehouse, BI, cloud platforms).
Conduct data analysis and data quality assessments to support decision-making and ensure the integrity of information flowing across systems.
Perform gap analyses between current application capabilities and business needs, proposing technical solutions and roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with IT architects, developers, and data engineers to ensure solutions are technically sound and properly implemented.
Maintain technical documentation: integration specs, data models, process flows, test plans, and application lifecycle artefacts.
Support application lifecycle management: from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Ensure IT governance standards are met across connected sustainability applications and data flows.

Your profile
Experience in technical IT roles (minimum 5 years):
Technical Business Analyst, Functional/Technical Analyst, Application Specialist, or IT Solution Analyst.
Expertise in system integrations: REST APIs, ETL/ELT processes, data interfaces, and integration patterns.
Data analysis skills: data modelling, data quality management, multi-source data reconciliation.
Experience in requirements engineering: structured elicitation, documentation, and validation of technical and functional requirements.
Familiarity with complex multi-system environments: ERP, CRM, data warehouse, BI platforms, cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Understanding of IT architectures: on-premises, cloud, and hybrid, including integration middleware and iPaaS solutions.
Academic background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
English fluent. Italian fluent.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in complex, multi-system environments.
What we offer
Gross Annual Salary (GAS): EUR 26,000- EUR 50,000 ; basic salary only, the variable component will be detailed in the offer
