AI Product Manager - Arduino

Experteer Overview  As an AI Product Manager at Arduino inside Qualcomm, you shape the AI/Edge AI product ecosystem spanning hardware, tools, and workflows. You’ll partner across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and business teams to deliver impactful AI products from concept to launch and beyond. You’ll address user needs, feasibility, and real-world impact while aligning with Arduino’s mission.

This role offers cross‑functional collaboration, a chance to influence multiple segments, and work on cutting‑edge edge AI solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Define and manage the roadmap for Arduino's AI and Edge AI portfolio across Education, Maker, Professional, and Industrial segments
Identify new AI opportunities via research, user insights, and competitive analysis including GenAI-enabled experiences
Translate AI technologies into actionable product strategies aligned with Arduino's mission
Collaborate with engineering to specify technical requirements for edge AI products (deployment, speed, memory, power)
Partner with silicon/hardware teams on acceleration, compute architecture, and performance constraints
Support the Product Experience team with developer resources (docs, tutorials, benchmarks)
Shape the evolution of AI-powered developer tools (code-generation, model-suggestion, workflow builders)
Prepare for go-to-market with messaging, training materials, and content
Coordinate cross‑functional launches across engineering, content, operations, and partnerships
Own lifecycle decisions including platform transitions, updates, and end‑of‑life planning
Engage with customers and partners to translate requirements into specifications
Build alignment across global teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
Explore AI opportunities across future hardware, software features, and reference apps
Responsabilità   5+ years in Product Management or related field
Strong technical background in AI/ML (GenAI, LLMs, traditional models) with deployment/performance focus

Experience with Edge AI tool chains and runtimes (model conversion, quantization, profiling, benchmarking)
Knowledge of NPU/accelerator architectures and SoC integration
Proven ability to drive cross‑functional projects in international teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
Fluency in English;
Italian is a strong plus
Occasional travel availability for partner meetings and events
