Supply & Demand Manager

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive global supply chain excellence by leading data-driven benchmarking, forecasting, and inventory/service targeting across regions. You will act as a strategic partner to regional teams, shaping global standards and planning architecture. The role blends analytics, cross-regional collaboration and change initiatives to improve service levels and inventory performance. You will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution to impact global supply chain outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Lead benchmarking of supply, demand and inventory management across regions and against industry standards
Conduct advanced analyses on service levels, inventory performance and demand forecasting, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Support the definition of global and regional inventory and service targets with market alignment
Develop and evolve global supply & demand management guidelines
Act as strategic sparring partner for regional supply chain teams to ensure alignment with global targets
Contribute to design and evolution of global planning processes and system architecture
Lead or co-lead global innovation initiatives including digital solutions (ICT), process optimization and change management across functions and geographies
Responsabilità   Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics or Management;
Master's a plus
Solid experience in Supply Chain Management;
Parts & Services experience advantageous
Strong understanding of inventory management, service performance and demand planning
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Office tools
Familiarity with European and North American Parts & Services systems is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills with cross-functional influence
Curiosity about supply chain trends, digital transformation and innovation
