Mission
Drive the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring robust and reliable forecast generation, aligned with market demand and production constraints.
The role plays a key part in transforming Demand Planning from a reactive activity into a preventive, data-driven process, improving the quality of Production Demand Input and strengthening MPP reliability and execution performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the continuous improvement of the forecast process, streamlining workflows from submission to allocation, and actively identifying pain points and transformation opportunities
Enhance forecast reliability and process robustness, improving alignment between demand, order intake and execution, while reducing volatility and inconsistencies
Define and implement performance KPIs, ensuring proper measurement of forecast quality and coverage across different legacy processes and planning horizons
Integrate production constraints upfront (e.g. capacity, powertrain, supply limitations), ensuring a realistic and executable demand plan and minimizing late adjustments and inefficiencies
Leverage data and advanced analytics, including AI-based solutions, to anticipate risks, challenge inputs and support better decision making
Contribute to the evolution toward a preventive planning approach, improving visibility, accountability and cross-functional alignment
Education background:
Degree in Engineering or Economics;
Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations / Data Analytics is a plus
Technical skills:
Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel),
Experience (1-2 years) in data analysis, interest to advanced analytics / AI applications in planning and forecasting;
Knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Chain processes would be appreciated;
Fluent in English
Soft skills:
Data-driven approach with the ability to challenge inputs, ability to operate in dynamic and complex environments, effective communication
Offer
Salary range: from €34.000 to €38.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements

In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
