Who we are looking for Support the demand & supply planning cycle through the operational management of sales forecasts, inventory level monitoring, and coordination with cross-functional teams, under the guidance of a Demand&Supply Planning Lead.
Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2-3 years of experience in demand/supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain roles more broadly
Good command of Excel; experience (even basic) with planning software is a plus
Understanding of core statistical forecasting and inventory management concepts
Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
Key responsabilities Demand Planning Update and maintain statistical forecasts at SKU/channel level, applying existing models (baseline, seasonality)
Gather input from Sales and Marketing on promotions, launches, and trends, and make initial adjustments to the forecast
Monitor forecast accuracy and flag key deviations
Participate in demand review meetings, preparing supporting reports
Supply Planning Support the translation of the demand plan into production/procurement plans
Monitor lead times, MOQs, and capacity constraints to flag potential stock-out or excess-stock risks
Inventory Analysis Conduct periodic stock analysis (aging, slow-moving, excess vs. target) at SKU/category level
Calculate core KPIs: inventory turns, days of supply, stock-to-sales ratio
Prepare monthly inventory health reporting for the planning team
Systems & Data Use company planning systems (e.g. SAP APO/IBP, advanced Excel) for data extraction and updates
Maintain master data integrity (lead times, planning parameters)
Build supporting reports and dashboards for the team
This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €30,000, plus a range of company benefits.
