Supply Chain Manager

Position: Supply Chain Manager - €60.000 - €70.000 A Year
Job Purpose Ensure the effective planning and execution of all supply chain activities within the plant, guaranteeing material availability, production continuity and on-time delivery to customers, while optimizing inventory levels and transport costs.

Key Responsibilities Lead production and material planning to ensure alignment between demand, capacity and supply

Ensure material availability through effective MRP management and timely release of purchase requests

Oversee inventory levels and define actions to optimize stock and working capital

Manage warehouse and logistics operations

Monitor key supply chain KPIs (On Time Delivery,Inventory level and turnover, Material availability, Shipments claims), and drive corrective actions on performance gaps Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure end-to-end alignment

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning, materials and logistics

Control and optimize supply chain costs (transport costs, supplies costs)
Requirements7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles within structured and evolved industrial environments

Solid experience in production planning, material management and logistics

Fluent English Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High level of determination and ability to take decisions in complex situations
