About the Role
This position is a Channel Specialist, responsible for the entire lifecycle management of channel business in the Italian market. Main responsibilities include local market research and competitor channel analysis, establishing a channel standard system, overall market channel planning, developing and expanding local distributors, implementing terminal store construction, and managing and training distributors in daily operations. Continuously improve the local channel network, enhance channel quality and terminal sales efficiency, achieve the market's annual channel expansion and performance targets, and support the long-term stable growth of the regional market.
Responsibilities
Market Research and Competitor Channel Analysis:
Conduct routine research on the local industry status, market size, consumer characteristics, and industry policies; specifically analyze the channel layout and distributor system of mainstream leading brands and core competitors in the local market.
Establishing Channel Standards and Management Systems:
Establish full-business channel standards and exclusive management specifications adapted to the local market.
Standardized Operations for the Entire Market:
Establish standardized procedures for the entire process of dealer recruitment, access review, contract signing, store establishment, terminal operation, service specifications, performance evaluation, and elimination/iteration.
Establish a Localized Channel Management Mechanism:
Standardize regional channel operations and achieve standardized, refined, and unified management of channel business.
Channel Overall Planning and Target Breakdown:
Based on industry trends, market status, and company brand layout requirements, formulate a medium-to-long-term channel development strategy and overall development plan for this market. Precisely break down annual, quarterly, and monthly core channel targets, including key indicators such as the number of local dealers developed, coverage of market gaps, number of terminal outlets built, and channel sales. Output implementation plans for this market to ensure the orderly progress and steady growth of market channel business.
Local Dealer Development and Market Network Expansion:
Based on the channel development plan, identify high-quality potential dealer resources. Complete local dealer business, qualification review, strength assessment, cooperation negotiation, and contract signing. Select high-quality dealers who agree with the brand concept and possess local market operation capabilities and resource advantages. Continuously fill regional gaps in this market, optimize the local channel network layout, and comprehensively improve market channel coverage and network quality.
Local Terminal Channel Construction and Progress Control:
Responsible for the entire process management of terminal store construction for contracted distributors.
