Who we are looking for
The Quality & Compliance Specialist supports the Quality & Compliance team in ensuring product excellence, regulatory compliance, and supplier performance across all stages of production. The role combines analytical work, coordination with external partners and suppliers, and hands‑on quality monitoring activities.
Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Production, or related fields
Strong interest in the fashion industry, with sensitivity towards products, materials, and manufacturing processes
Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools, including the ability to create reports and dashboards
Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills, especially with Product teams
Excellent command of both Italian and English
Key responsabilities
Analyze, monitor, and manage laboratory testing activities for fabrics and finished garments through reporting and tracking tools (e.g. excel)
Coordinate with external consultants regarding laboratory testing processes and technical/regulatory requirements
Manage and verify fabric certifications, maintaining direct communication with raw material suppliers
Supervise quality control activities at warehouses and production sourcing facilities across Europe, including the preparation of quality reports and analysis of non‑compliance issues
Collect, organize, and analyze quality, production, and supplier performance data through reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. excel)
