Job Overview  We are looking for aVehicle Program Milestone Keeper
Mission:
Ensure Customer protection, flawless development and robust launches by establishing the 360° milestone assessments of the Program
Voice of Global Quality for Global Product Planning and Program Team
Roles & Responsibility:
Perform the 360° Assessment of the project at each milestone or review
Evaluate the project status according to the different KPI (Quality, Performance, Cost, Time Schedule, Industrial, Purchasing, Brand) and deliverables expected at each milestone
Assess and accelerate SOP delay risk
Assess and approve/refuse the deferrals proposed
Contribute to improve the standards by bringing lessons learned from the different projects he is responsible for
Advise the project Teams to deploy the quality actions (recovery plans) and all the methods needed to ensure the achievement of the Quality Product or Process results
Give the commercialization agreement for the Vehicle.
Required

Skills and experience:

10 years’ experience in product development and/or quality/SQD
Open to travel
Practical knowledge of Quality tools:  Quality Surveys & Performance Metrics management (QFS, NCBS, TGW, xMIS, TWC, Customer Audits)
Issue and project management through dedicated tracking and lifecycle management tools (e.g. S²IRIUS, PLM, GIM)
Quality Processes: APQP PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, Audit, Risk management, Issue resolution methods, durability

Understanding of key principles and steps of the PDP, functional PDP, SW PDP
Ability to work in multicultural environment
Professional knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level) is required

Offer:

Salary range: from 52.000 € to 56.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement:
In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
