Il profilo manageriale si occuperà di:
Formare il team relativamente a tutte le fasi dell’approccio alla clientela trasmettendo gli input aziendali utili alla costante crescita dello staff;
Monitorare i dati di vendita al fine di analizzare l’andamento del negozio nei vari periodi e comprendere eventuali difficoltà o aree di miglioramento;
Proporre eventuali iniziative commerciali necessarie al raggiungimento dei budget assegnati;
Attività di clientelling costanti.
Il candidato ideale ha un ottimo standing, ottime doti relazionali e di leadership, è dinamico/a e fortemente orientato/a agli obiettivi. È preferibile aver maturato una pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Store Manager – Vice Store Manager in aziende del settore retail modernamente orientate. Completano il profilo dinamismo, propositività e passione per il retail.
