Servicing Specialist

The Retail Country Servicing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of Retail lending administration for the specific country including loading, printing and setting contracts to live status managing payout activities. Act as a first point of contact for Dealers / Area Sales Managers / Colleagues in the managing of an application/contract.
Perform applications processing, printing and contract pay out complying with CNH I Capital policies and industry standards/requirements (Data Protection Law, Anti Money Laundering, etc), and in line with Servicing KPI targets.
Work closely and proactively with the other Company departments and with the JV colleagues to ensure that service standards to dealers and customers are met.
Skills Requirement   Economics Degree
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Financials KPIs (as a plus)
