Procurement Manager

Our corporate company, operating in the defense industry and engaged in high-tech and strategic projects, is seeking a Procurement Manager. Please note that this recruitment is being conducted on a confidential basis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in highly regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive, or similar sectors
• Proven experience in managing both domestic and international suppliers
• Strong knowledge of contract management, price negotiation, cost analysis, and strategic sourcing
• Familiarity with military standards, quality requirements, and confidentiality procedures
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong analytical thinking skills with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• High level of sensitivity to confidentiality and information security

• End-to-end management of strategic and operational procurement processes
• Selection and development of suppliers for critical materials, systems, and services
• Development of long-term procurement strategies
• Management of contract processes and associated risks
• Execution of cost improvement initiatives and local supplier development programs
• Management of the procurement team and monitoring of their performance
• Regular reporting to senior management
