We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams and hiring SDR Team Managers to lead new inbound and outbound teams. The role focuses on managing a team of 2–10 sales development representatives (SDRs/BDRs), maintaining a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline, and developing high‑performing professionals through coaching, cultural leadership, and continuous learning.

• Manage, coach, and mentor the SDR/BDR team, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
• Maintain and grow a high‑quality pipeline that supports company revenue objectives.
• Implement strong outbound and inbound sales development strategies to qualify leads.
• Lead data‑driven performance improvement initiatives and keep the team focused on continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to integrate sales cadences and marketing initiatives.
• Drive innovation by experimenting with new outbound approaches and adapting to market changes.

• Excellent academic record in school and university.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, STEM, or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for business development, sales, and technology.
• Track record of achieving outstanding outbound sales development results.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific mindset.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Leadership experience in any capacity.
• Proficiency in using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
