OverviewWe are expanding our sales and field engineering teams and hiring SDR Team Managers to lead new inbound and outbound teams. The role focuses on managing a team of 2–10 sales development representatives (SDRs/BDRs), maintaining a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline, and developing high‑performing professionals through coaching, cultural leadership, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities- Manage, coach, and mentor the SDR/BDR team, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
- Maintain and grow a high‑quality pipeline that supports company revenue objectives.
- Implement strong outbound and inbound sales development strategies to qualify leads.
- Lead data‑driven performance improvement initiatives and keep the team focused on continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to integrate sales cadences and marketing initiatives.
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new outbound approaches and adapting to market changes.
- Excellent academic record in school and university.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, STEM, or related field.
- Demonstrated passion for business development, sales, and technology.
- Track record of achieving outstanding outbound sales development results.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific mindset.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Leadership experience in any capacity.
- Proficiency in using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
- Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly in‑person team sprints.
