Deputy General Manager

Our partner is seeking a Deputy General Manager who will be responsible for developing effective, innovative, and sustainable electronic security, integration, and technology infrastructure solutions for both public and private sector clients. This role plays a key part in strengthening the company’s competitive advantage by establishing new project and service domains aligned with its strategic goals.

• Develop strategic business partnerships with electronic security technology companies (including local and international camera manufacturers, surveillance system and software providers, and maintenance service providers for electronic devices) to deliver optimal customer service.
• Ensure the efficient and effective execution of electronic security solutions, integration projects, and software development processes.
• Identify new business and project opportunities, report findings to senior management, and lead their implementation.
• Expand the customer portfolio in both public and private sectors; manage sales and proposal processes.
• Monitor technological advancements in the sector and incorporate them into services to build a competitive product portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, information security, and quality standards.
• Oversee the conformity of all operational processes with the Integrated Management System and personal data protection regulations.
• Plan and track annual budget targets and profitability ratios of the company.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and relevant departments; conduct periodic reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in electronic security solutions, integration projects, or technology management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (especially SAP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledgeable in Technology, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Customer-oriented and result-driven.
• Valid class B driving license and active driver.
• Residing in Istanbul and open to travel.
