About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Development Specialist to create, review, and optimize high-quality content for one of Turkeys leading consumer electronics brands. You will produce informative content, how-to videos, and visuals that help users understand and enjoy our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and revise content related to products and applications.
• Create supporting visuals and desktop how-to videos.
• Monitor content satisfaction and resolution scores continuously.
• Ensure compliance with information security guidelines and report any issues to management.
• Optimize content with relevant keywords to reach a larger audience.
• Track customer feedback and continuously improve content quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum associate degree;
  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields preferred.
• 15 years of experience in a similar content creation role.
• Strong Turkish language skills, including grammar, spelling, and phrasing.
• Minimum upper-intermediate English (reading and writing).
• Interest in technical topics and consumer products (Mobile Devices, Home Appliances, Small Household Appliances, Air Conditioning).
• Preferably SEO knowledge or experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Residing in Istanbul or Ankara.
