Marketing Artist

Oreon Studios is an Ankara-based game developer and publisher focused on hybrid-casual games. Founded in March 2022, we are entering our fourth year with multiple successful titles that have surpassed 200 million downloads worldwide. As a rapidly growing company, we are expanding our team with passionate and talented individuals.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Artist who will take ownership of the full creative process, from researching trends and generating bold concepts to producing compelling videos and visuals that capture attention and drive results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Brainstorm with team members to develop exciting ideas and produce standout marketing videos
• Create appealing game marketing videos, from initial concepts to final assets, for performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns
• Contribute to the overall visual identity, look, feel, and quality of our marketing and publishing materials
• Analyze creative performance data and extract insights to improve future campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the growth management team to understand user behavior through data
• Continuously optimize creatives to adapt to the evolving mobile advertising environment and improve performance

• 1+ years of experience in the gaming industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya
• Strong understanding of composition, human/creature anatomy, lighting, staging, proportion, scale, value, perspective, and color
• Experience with animation and asset integration in Unity is a strong plus
• Creativity and curiosity, you enjoy brainstorming, exploring new ideas, and experimenting with fresh concepts
• Up-to-date awareness of social media trends, content formats, and digital engagement patterns
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative processes is a plus
• Ability to accept and implement feedback, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
