m-plus-mena, Türkiye, Rize'de çağrı merkezi temsilcisi arıyor. Adayların en az lise mezunu, akıcı bir diksiyona sahip ve müşteri odaklı olmaları bekleniyor. Görevleri arasında gelen çağrılara cevap vermek ve müşteri taleplerini ilgili birimlere iletmek yer alıyor.
Ayrıca, ürün bilgilerini sürekli güncel tutmak ve gerekli eğitimlere katılarak müşterilere doğru bilgi aktarmak da bu pozisyondaki sorumluluklar arasında. Takım çalışmasına yatkın, ikna kabiliyeti yüksek bireyler arıyoruz.
