Mplus Türkiye müşteri deneyimi hizmetleri alanında görev alacak bir ekip üyesi arıyor. Gelen çağrılara hızlı ve doğru cevaplar vermek, müşteri sorunlarını ilgili birimlere yönlendirmek ve ürünlerin özelliklerini sunmak temel sorumluluklar arasındadır.
İş tanımı ayrıca güncel bilgiyle ürün ve süreçleri sahada etkin şekilde kullanmayı, ekip çalışmasıyla uyum içinde KPI hedeflerine ulaşmayı ve gerekli programları iyi kullanmayı gerektirir.
