Bilkent University - Faculty of Business Administration invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions in accounting at all ranks.

We are seeking candidates committed to producing high-quality research with strong potential to publish in top-tier academic journals in the field. Assistant Professorship applicants should have or be close to completing a PhD degree in accounting or a related field. Starting Assistant Professors receive additional research funding and a reduced teaching load during their first two years.

Associate and Full Professorship applicants must have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching.

The starting date is September 2026.
